In memory of Professor Ziemowit Olszanowski

Department of Animal Taxonomy and Ecology research activity is focused on systematics, biodiversity and ecology of small invertebrates around the world. We co-operate with numerous scientific institutions, have rich collections of invertebrates, chiefly mites (Acari) from various groups. Our curriculum comprises courses in zoology and ecology.
